Charter Hall Access
At Wesley Place, all of our tenant customers facilities teams will have access to Charter Hall Access - an easy, and quick way to log any work tenant service requests at the touch of a button.
The Charter Hall Access application has been developed to enable our tenant customers to lodge Tenant Service Requests (TSRs) online, to ensure fast and efficient communication.
The system also enables our tenant customers to:
• Lodge requests or issues for service online, at any time
• Raise issues that need to be addressed
• Monitor the progress of TSRs from creation through to resolution
• View and report on past and present TSRs
The Charter Hall Access system is available online link or via the Charli app.
Note, Charter Hall Access is for main tenant customer contacts and facilities teams only, and users must register online in the first instance.
