As COVID-19 cases begin to stabilise across the nation, we can begin to plan to return to the workplace, but it’s not back to business as usual just yet.

As such, we have activated a range of new processes and platforms to help actively manage and ease this period of transition with you.
Touchless Access Technology
We have implemented a number of touchless technologies across our building including Mobile Access for entry and exit, via our Charli app, sensors across amenities, main lobby and end of trip and touchless lift calling.
Changes to Services
We have changed the way we run our building services including increased cleaning and hygiene, contactless delivery and parcel management system and touchfree contractor management.
Communications
Signage is now across the building to remind our customers and visitors of Covid requirements around the building. Also keep an eye on your inbox and our social media channels for the latest news and updates.
Tracking Capacity
We have implemented people counting technology into our lobby and end of trip facilities to track occupancy and space limitations under Covid-19 restrictions. The system notifies users if they are not able to enter certain areas of the building, based on capacity.
